Hello, we have a Pin Oak tree to the west of our home that was affected by the storm. We wanted to check to see if this tree is on city property. While looking at the GIS it looks like our property line starts at our basketball hoop and the tree is to the west of that line. There are branches that are loose and it looks like there has been a lot of woodpecker activity in the past that is creating damage. Could someone please come out and inspect the tree and let us know what you think? We would love to keep the tree if possible, but safety-wise we would like to have it checked/trimmed up. Resident called in complaining that her recyclables had not been picked up again and stated that it must be a personal vendetta against her. I spoke with the crew on that route and they had written resident up. Crew also advised that resident usually does not sort recyclables and that they have spoken with resident about it several times and have also done several courtesy pickups. Resident wanted a courtesy pickup done today but I advised that we could not do one. She stated that she would be contacting the Office of the Mayor to make sure that new people pick up her recycling.
