Resident called after hours and left a voicemail on Sanitation line stating that his recycling was not picked up this week and hasn't been picked up for the last couple recycling dates. Resident did not leave a name or a phone number. I looked up his recycling date and it appears that yesterday was not his recycling day and that he may be a week off.
Since yesterday was not his actual day for recycling and I could not discuss this with him, I did not send anyone out to pick up missed recycle.
