Resident called after hours and left a voicemail on Sanitation line stating that his recycling was not picked up this week and hasn't been picked up for the last couple recycling dates. Resident did not leave a name or a phone number. I looked up his recycling date and it appears that yesterday was not his recycling day and that he may be a week off. Since yesterday was not his actual day for recycling and I could not discuss this with him, I did not send anyone out to pick up missed recycle.
Resident compained that she had been written up twice recently due to trash can issues. Resident had then purchased a new trash can and came home on trash day to discover that the new lid for her new can was broken. We dropped off one courtesy trash can with resident.
