I think the scooter shown in the image is improperly parked on a sidewalk in violation of the city of Bloomington's local law. There is constantly homeless individuals and their belongings, sleeping and blocking this sidewalk. Just today there were five different individuals
Unable to use this sidewalk because of multiple bicycles, clothing items, and trash blocking the sidewalk. Items are falling below onto 3rd street as well which presents a hazard to passing vehicles.
There is a temporary living structure blocking the stairs in the park.
Homelessness issue constant at CVS. They take over parking lot adjacent area with picnic tables. As of late individuals with machete makes one feel unsafe going to and from vehicles. I cannot imagine being staff there at night. Not to mention the constant abuse of the store facilities and restrooms. Can you all do something? This corporate store is no help for employees, why isn’t the BPD or city helping this issue?
