Light numbers 130, 132, 133 are all not operational. These lights are located near the train trestle. This makes it extremely unsafe to walk home. Please repair as soon as possible before someone gets hurt.

Because Kirkwood is closed traffic is backed up all down 6th St and Indiana. I spent 20 minutes trying to get from Indiana and 3rd St and 7th St. I work in the Poplars Building and park in the Poplars Garage and it took me 10 minutes to leave for an appointment this afternoon when there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Because of all of this traffic I was forced to take an extra 30 minutes at lunch and will have to leave 30 minutes early so I can be sure to pick up my daughter from daycare before they close. I don't have the PTO to spare and I am so frustrated. I didn't know the road would be closed until today when a co-worker mentioned it, other wise I would have had no idea. I am so angry and so frustrated that you closed this street, especially if it really was for a driverless bus test. Go test it somewhere else where you don't have high traffic! Indiana is always down to one lane.Please do not close the road tomorrow. This is going to cause accidents, not to mention the MASSIVE inconvenience. Thank you for taking the time to read this. The people who drive cars in this town are typically rude and dismissive of common decency. They constantly speed, even on residential streets; they drive on sidewalks and bike lanes even when there are people present; they drive at night without lights on; they drive drunk; they *often* drive the wrong way on one-way streets; and if you make a comment to them about hazards they are creating they curse and/or gesture obscenely. Please please please ban them from the city. Does the City really want to be known as a place that encourages people to risk their lives when they walk or bicycle, and turn a blind eye when people are injured or killed? How many more accidents is it going to take for you to wake up and ban cars from our streets? Thank you.
Thanks for failing to shovel/clear the sidewalks around seminary square. What good are ordinances when you all don't comply? Today (2/21) it was impossible to walk around Seminary Square, which made it dangerous. No excuses, sorry.
Olcott Park trail is snow plowed regularly. The paved connector path on the from the east side of the Olcott Park trail loop down to S. Mill Stone Way is not being plowed and causing a safety hazard. Multiple people have fallen when the snow melts and refreezes. This is only another 100 feet of trail and would only take an additional minute or two to plow. Also, the paved connector path between Olcott Park loop trail and the Jackson Creek Middle School parking lot never gets plowed either. No way for kids in the neighborhood to get to the trail safely from the school parking lot. Could the snow plow operator please take an additional few minutes to clear these two small sections that connect to the Olcott Park loop trail! Thank you!
Lime e-scooters have been dumped, partially in the street near the intersection of Etter Drive and Stephens in the Eastern Heights addition. This have been unused, and are certainly unwanted, and need to be removed from the street, and not placed on anyone's private property. Thank You.
