When will the Morton Garage’s elevator be fixed? Also is the city of Bloomington employee lots (where the farmers market is on Saturdays) open to free public parking after 5pm during the week?
Parking meter 7664 on Morton just north of 7th St. took quarters but continued to flash red. Malfunction.

IllI Hal parking has blocked the street and created jams for the two way street.
They are blocking the road as always. One way in and one way out. Something needs to be done. They have metal and wood all in the road. This is almost daily, and this is the last thing I want to deal with when I'm coming home. Thank you!

You have no issue with the fact that the owner of this used car lot, which would NEVER occur in any other neighborhood in the city, blocks traffic and impedes the two-way flow of traffic? You have no issue with the trashy area, littered with various types of products and containers for refurbishing cars? So, it's o.k. to have a used car facility in a residential neighborhood. Is that correct? Maybe I should start my own.
