Parking at the yellow line, driveway location. This is a dangerous situation when I drive onto 1st Street because I cannot see the incoming cars. Also, these cars block the trash cans for the Monday morning pickups. There is a gold-colored Chrysler Town & Country mini van (Indiana license plate #VAL694) parked in front of the home at 322 E. 1st St. that is legally abandoned under 15.04.020: "A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days". https://library.municode.com/in/bloomington/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=TIT15VETR_CH15.04DE_15.04.020ABVE This is at least the third time that this vehicle has been abandoned in the exact same spot along East First Street in the past month.
