The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. They have 4 vehicles parked at this address, with one always hanging over blocking the exit/entrance. Currently a black Buick sedan is blocking the alleyway. Please address this issues asap

See uReport 181934, which is still happening. Parking Officer selectively allows people to continue to violate. This is an example of that. The tenants at this property regularly block the alley on the west side of the garage. They park three vehicles where there are only two spots. The third vehicle blocks the alley.
