Semi truck parked in 7-line in front of the health department seemed to think he was doing me a favor by only blocking one lane. The cars at this rental property (off 8th st) are consistently squeezing as many cars in the "parking" spot as they can which inevitably means they park on the sidewalk. I have called the rental property company and they have clearly neglected to do anything about it. A traffic cop should drop some tickets on these guys
