Not sure if this is against the rules or not, but it should be. There's a Ducatti motorbike that is almost always parked in the front yard of this house.
There are three cars parked on Walnut near the corner of 17 and Walnut. They seemed to have been parked there overnight. Isn't there some ordinance to prevent someone from parking in the street? This is not designated as a parking area. Can't they be towed?
This truck has been here, seemingly abandoned, for over 2 weeks. The front-left suspension is broken. There is debris and leaking oil underneath the truck. It is facing the wrong direction for the side of the street it is on. It's a fair distance from the sidewalk, somewhat obstructing the street. It is partially blocking a driveway. The vehicle was issued a ticket last week. I'm including a photo of the license plate for identification purposes.
Same abandoned vehicle as report 182749. Truck has now been in place, broken down, for over 3 weeks. Truck continues to leak oil in place. Still partially blocking drivewave. Someone has removed the three citations the vehicle had received. Vehicle was said to be "towed within 3 days" on 2/7/2023.
Car parked, blocking sidewalk
There has been a large maroon SUV parked on the north side of the street for several months. It has not moved during that time, has flat tires and was apparently hit by another vehicle while parked as there is debris around the SUV.
Abandoned car at the corner of West Cottage Grove and North Monroe St has been there for over 8 months. Has junk tires stacked on top of it as well.
On the signs near the parking area outside the psychology building on N Cottage Grove Ave it says that parking needs to be payed until 6pm but on a few occasions I have accidentally left the meter running past 6 and am still charged for the parking after six (one example of this happening attached). Is there any way to get a reimbursement for the times this has happened? Or at the very least stop charging people after the 6pm time
This jeep repeatedly parks in bike lane.
