App-only paid street parking (without a meter option) is a problematic equity issue for people who wish to park downtown. People who do not have a smart phone or a credit card are more likely to be from lower-income households. Providing meter options that accept coins is a relatively simple and traditional solution. How will the City address this equity issue in a timely manner?
