Hello, This photo was taken this morning on Element Way, Bloomington, IN by the Mill apartments next to the Woolery off of Tapp Road. I am a resident in one of the townhomes nearby. There are traffic signs on my left in the photo that say “No Parking”, but as you can see people from the apartments are parking there still. They are also blocking the fire hydrants as well. This has been an issue before. This issue has almost caused accidents because it being a one car lane. The vehicles parking on the corners of the street are causing blind spots for people to turn onto the street. I’ve have made it aware to Adams Village before but nothing was done. People have also been parking in the alley way between the townhouses (garage side facing west) and the apartment complex off of Samuel Lane causing one lane traffic as well. I hope this is addressed to Adams Village. There seems to be not enough parking for those that live at the Mill apartments. I hope this is addressed and taking care of as this is a parking violation issue. Thanks!

Someone is putting up a no parking sign that is not a city sign on Basswood Drive

The city lot at 6th and Lincoln is a sheet of ice for almost the entire area. It's very treacherous for people trying to walk to and from their vehicle. Please put down some salt or whatever you use to melt ice. This is an accident waiting to happen. Thank you.

W. 12th St. in front of Boys and Girls Club many, many cars park the wrong direction streetside creating traffic confusion. Almost appears like a one-way but isn't. Please address flipped parking (that's illegal in Indiana, isn't it?).

The street parking on N Walnut St, between 11th and 14th, is causing an issue with safe travel. Because there are no painted parking spaces, cars are packed in more tightly than they should be which is also causing many vehicles to encroach into the driving lane because they can’t properly fit.

Traffic issue around tri north due( Tri north areas Dyer Blair and maple 14th st) to increase of students, and parent pick ups. Safety concerns. I have two videos showing concern 1 where it one way traffic due to parked cars on both sides of roads and I almost get hit. Hello, There are two abandoned vehicles in the Parking lot of Willowbrook Apartments. A Honda Coupe with no plate. All tires are flat and the vehicle has not moved in over 6 months. A Mitsubishi Galant with the license plate, “824LQT”. The plate expired in 2015. This vehicle has also not moved in over 6 months.
