"Abandoned vehicle" means: (2) A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days; Based on this section of the Ordinance could you check into the 2 Ford vehicles (Red truck and white van) that are consistently parked for more than 3 days without having been moved, and are parked in front of property 613 and 619 S Eastside Drive? They do have a valid neighborhood street parking sticker, though. However, they both have a BMV license plate sticker that expired in November of 2023.

A red Ford pick-up truck and a white Ford van are regularly parked in front of 613 and 619 S Eastside drive and both have a license plate that expired in Nov 2023. These vehicles are not abandoded, they are being used. Why has this escaped the watchful eye of the officer who drives his white Parking Enforcement car through our street several times a day?

we counted 12 cars driving in and out from this house. As stated in the first complaint, we are experiencing up to 40 cars a day at peak times in our neighborhood due to this large illegal retail business. The average is 20 cars a day, that is 100 cars a week and nearly 400 cars a month on average. We have several families with children and a public school bus stop near this home. As you can see, the roads are narrow, and this is a dangerous situation in our neighborhood. Please enforce the law and close this business for good. On Morton next to Zagreb's, a delivery truck will block Morton between Kirkwood and 6th so traffic cannot get through. Happens regularly.

i am a wheelchair user who wants to bring to your attention the handicapped parking space on kirkwood right in front of the entrance to the Fountain Square Building. one of the spaces has grate and sunken and uneven pavement that makes it very difficult and somewhat dangerous to use a wheelchair in that space. i would suggest moving the accessible parking space or giving a permanent fix to the sunken space. contact me via email or phone if my description is confusing or if you are unable to find the problem i am talking about. thanks. gilbert marsh
