Complaint that internals from the parking meter were gone, and he was unable to insert any money. Meter is on the West side of Lincoln right before the alley that goes behind Esan Thai restaurant. Constituent believed parking meter number was 7652.
There are quite a few meters in the downtown area that do not have the green sticker with the parking area, and therefore cannot be paid for using the Parkmobile App. I usually do not have change, and don't like to use my credit card in the meters. Can you do an inventory of this issue and replace the stickers?
Bedrak Café- will tow vehicles after hours for $200.00. Their signs are nowhere near the parking spots that are considered 'private'.

my opinion about the parking meters downtown is what I would like to address.I don't like them and think merchants must suffer from lack of business. many times when downtown I leave and go elsewhere due to insufferable parking and difficulty of the meters.

Hello, I work for the County and have a parking pass to the Scotty's garage. It has not worked for me at all last week or today. It will not let me into the garage, but it will let me out. Over the past several weeks (months?), it seems that more often than not the access control arms to the Morton St. parking garage have been open allowing free parking. This is great for those who don't have a permit, but it feels a little unfair to those of us who have a permit and continue to pay for parking. What's going on, how much longer is this anticipated to continue, and is there any recourse for permit holders? Thanks!
Two SUVs parked on sidewalk
The house at 2809 has three vehicles parked on street. One doesn't run and has a license plate expired in 2016. One has a flat tire and has for over a month. The third has not been moved for over a month and I am unsure if it runs. All three make it difficult to pass through and creates difficulty when trying to back out of driveways.
