There are two parking spots there, but they are parking three cars in the location and that prevents access to and egress from the alley. I park in the 4th street garage. On 10/26 at 5:15pm i found a box behind my car, the kind of box like an emergency auto kit. 3rd floor, southest corner (i was 2 cars away from the corner). I do not remember seeing it there when i arrived yesterday morning after 8 am.
