In using the updated parking app, each time I extend my time I am also charge a service fee again for using my app. This is different from before. My two hours cost me $4.00 who gets the service fee money?

Still not happy about giving the parking app company 50% of my money for parking. Why do they get to charge me a fee for extending the time of my stay? They have my information already. This is not how it was handled before the update.

I know the city did not raise the price of extending the time. My point is that the app company now charged a fee to extend the time. I don’t believe they did this before. I would rather the city got more money from me then the phone app company.
