These residents at 3323 cedarwiod circle have blocked sidewalk for years probably. They seem to be from Fishers either don’t know or care about ordinance. Crossed with my dog today avoided an oncoming car

I believe someone tampered with my brake line, creating a complete brake line failure, driving moments after leaving parking lot, Oct 3, Monday between, 230pm and 4pm. Cars are constantly parked in the road and public right of way all day and night. Always along W Gourley Pike, across from the kinser apartments. This is a bad look, nuisance, and is not permitted but keeps being allowed to exist in a very public space where visitors from out of town see as they drive in. Please remove these cars before they do more damage to the surrounding sidewalks or cause an accident from a blocked roadway.

Cars parked in the early morning on both sides and block the road. Dangerous in the dark morning fog or when it is raining as you visibility is limited and you can barely squeeze your vehicle through the road due to the illegal parking.
