There is a car that has been parked on my adjacent street for the past 6 months and has not been moved, the tires are flat and I do not know if it has been abandoned. It is blocking 2 cars from passing. It is on Jordan's way in Hyde Parke right off of Olcott.
Another day, another clown parked blocking the bike lane on Third. Why is this not enforced?

Vehicle parked on Third just west of Woodlawn blocking bike lane. I (a pedestrian) observed a cyclist dodge out of the bike lane into the traffic lane to avoid collision. Please enforce these problems before a cyclist gets hurt.
There's regularly a vehicle parked on this yellow curb but rarely a ticket. Union St just north of 7th.
