These residents at 3323 cedarwiod circle have blocked sidewalk for years probably. They seem to be from Fishers either don’t know or care about ordinance. Crossed with my dog today avoided an oncoming car

Car is parked blocking half of my driveway (1312 South Palmer). They are probably attending a party currently happening at 1401 South Palmer Ave. Indiana license plate SAZ872. 11pm on 10/13/22.

I believe someone tampered with my brake line, creating a complete brake line failure, driving moments after leaving parking lot, Oct 3, Monday between, 230pm and 4pm. I have a large orange H2 Hummer, parked on the 4th st side of parking lot. I'm requesting review of any on site video camera footage.. person parked directly next to me, driver side, took smart pics of me when I returned.
