Meter S42 in the parking lot between 4th and 5th streets is not functioning. I put money in the meter, and the green light did not come on. At that time, I saw a note in the window that said the meter is not functioning. I left my car there for the next hour anyway because I paid to park. The plate on my silver Kia is RWR409.
This car has been parked in front of my house for over a month. It is leaking oil and has a flat tire and no residential permit. Abandoned car left in front of reposed house sold at auction on July 19. The previous resident left this car in front of 2419 E Oakmont Dr 47401 when he finally left the home. It has not moved since before the house sold and neighbors are tired of seeing it sit on the street. Former resident was step-son of former owner, Rod Figg. Car owner has last name of Hough or something similar. Aren’t there city regs that disallow disabled vehicles from remaining indefinitely on premises? The car’s owner no longer even lives here.
