THANKS for straightening up this sapling so quickly!
THANKS for straightening up this sapling so quickly!
The city Public wifi and city secure network wifi are not working in Waldron, Hill, and Buskirk Park.
Large poison ivy vine growing on one of the city trees next to the drive into Henderson Crossing apartments.
Well done! Those black gum trees up near the workout equipment in Bryan Park look very nice---color now (and again later in the fall, I assume)
Bryan Park, north side, near Stull Avenue parking lot, one if the newly planted sapling has been knocked sideways . Needs to be straightened.(Sidenote: is that an Osage orange? The roots are orange).
If you can see the screenshot, you will see three images, one of a tree dedication plaque with a tree misidentified as an Ohio Buckeye. Another image of the tree and a third from Wikipedia about the tree itself actually is. If it is possible to correct that somehow, please think about doing that. Thanks!
The tree in front of this home has been damaged, possibly by a large vehicle. I have been meaning to report this but this morning a huge branch feel into the street. The tree is seriously damaged and is splitting and I am concerned about it.
The fountain needs to be repaired. It was one of the most lovely places to gather in this city and my sister with special needs loved going there to see the fountain. Why are our tax paying dollars not going towards fixing it?
On E. Sheridan Drive, between Manor and Hawthorne, there are pine trees on the south side of the street by the creek. The furthest east tree is leaning over heavily towards the street and biking and walking path. There are parking spots under the tree and some power lines not far away that the tree might be able to hit when it falls. The tree has a heavy sideways tilt to it. The ground around the base of the tree is raised up. The creek bed behind the tree is eroding out. It seems like a matter of time before the tree falls over, uprooted on its own. Let this be the writing I will share with anyone who is injured by the pine tree falling that shows the City is on notice as to the inherent danger of a tree on City property that is in a state of ground heaving, appears ready to be uprooted, and could cause property damage, personal injury, or death due to the City's negligence in failing to remove the tree upon notice of the danger. Good luck. Please evaluate the tree and strongly consider preemtively removing it before it does any harm.
Not sure where this is specifically as a Facebook user sent it to me with the message: There is glass by the lower Bryan park bench. Just wanted to let someone know!
