Very large pin oak tree planted right next to the street is dead on at least half of it’s crown with dangerous branches broken and dangling over the street. Seems like a public hazard.

The four trees flanking the crosswalk in front of Chipotle look like they're struggling. If they're not watered regularly, seems like rain may not be enough to sustain them.

Maple tree on the 11th Street side of the east building is dying.
The park ridge east baseball field is in need of repair. Request the infield be groomed and holes filled in. Water pools at the home plate. The backstop fence also needs to be secured so that balls cannot roll under it and into the street.

Courts frequently full from people outside the neighborhood. Particularly paid coaches giving lessons. If someone wants to make money let them do it in a private court before taking all of the neighborhood courts for hours from local residents. Please change the policy.
