The tennis and pickleball courts are in need of sweeping. There are many pine needles down since storms. The courts are slippery as a result. I’m sure there are many demands after rains, but there are more than 30 people over 60 years old playing this morning and I am concerned for their safety and your liability.

Dogs running loose at the park
Trash washed up along north side of bridge over That Rd near Rogers along Bloomington Rail Trail
broken trees are covering most of the trails from the previous storm
There are penises drawn on the large blue slide
The sidewalks going up to the trail and overpass on 3rd St are still awful.
Deer fence is down at the north-east end of the community garden (along the bend of Highland).
Water fountain is not working
Trail around winslow park needs dog bins or people wont pick up dog crap. there's only one by the parking lot, needs to be 3-4 around the park perimeter trail
