Hi- Follow up on ticket 176107 that was resolved stating that I incorrectly used the term “irrigation.” Wanted to resubmit to say that the issue is a clogged drain causing a pretty deep puddle in the skate park when it rains. Was worried about all the kids, my own included, skating through it and not being able to see any obstructions in the water. Resubmitting as something other than “suggestion” and “irrigation” since it was pointed out that I don’t understand the definitions of those terms in the ticket response from before.

I visited Griffey lake today and utilized the kayak rental and one of the staff members was very rude and unwelcoming. I usually wouldn’t write feedback about something but he created a bad experience for no reason.

There is a dead tree on part of the golf course which my house sit by. I am concerned it could fall on my property, potentially reaching my house. I wondered if someone could take a look at it? My address is 802 W Rosewood Dr, in Northwood Estates. Thank you.

Ticket 176182. Going on a month for a reply and trying to figure out how to reply to your questions. Our house is on corner of Smith road and Stonegate Drive. The tree is too large for where it was planted on the City Easement. The roots are tearing up yard. Tree down completely blocking B-Line Trail just northwest of where it crosses Moravec Way. I ran this route yesterday afternoon after the storm and the trail was clear at that time, so it happened sometime between yesterday late afternoon and this morning.

I am concerned about the fireworks and loud music every night in RCA Park. I understand the park is open until 11:00. I would like to know what noise level is reasonable for a community park. I would like to have some peace and be able to sleep at night. I would also prefer to be reasonable in my expectations. Any advice is appreciated.
