Street Trees

In Bryan Park and Elm Heights, most (all?) tulip poplar trees are dripping honeydew. I am an entomologist and know that this is fairly normal but I’ve never seen it on such a large portion of trees.

The city trees between the sidewalk and street lower branches are in the way of walkers and some are dead and brittle posing a safety issue for pedestrians.
There are people camping in the woods at RCA park. This place is not a campground. They are making fires in the woods.
Several potholes at the entrance to the RCA Park need patched. Several are quite large.
As a frequent pickleball player at RCA park, I notice how much the parking lot is need of repairs and fresh blacktop.
This is the vehicle without a license plate that drove back by the old shelter house at RCA park and that drove on the paved path and grass and exited by removing a wood fence rail.
Tons of knot weed in the ditch that eventually feeds into Windslow Woods

In front of Hopscotch along the B-Line Trail at Morton and Dodds. The 4th and 5th bike rack posts down from the north side of the rack are very loose. The 4th one seems like it could be lifted out of the ground. It would be nice and more secure if these could be fixed. The entire rack should be assessed too.
