The turf field is becoming unsafe for those who regularly use it. We pay to rent that field out and are seeing more injuries due to missing turf, minimal turf, or very uneven repairs. This year compared to years past is claiming more leg injuries across a number of sports.

Turf is hazardous! There are large divots that can cause serious injuries to players. Please advise!

The condition of the turf on the walled-in multi-sport field is getting pretty dangerous. There are some large exposed seams and bald patches. I've seen someone roll their ankle right on the seam. Playing at the facility from January through March is one of my favorite things in all of Bloomington, so this is coming from a place of love. I'm hoping the playing surface is either replaced or repaired by next winter. Thanks

I am greatly disturbed and feel unsafe playing on this turf field at Twin Lakes. The gravel is shallow and unsafe for sports like soccer that involve a lot of sharp cuts and sliding. I play with the ultimate frisbee community on the weekends and many of us have gotten injured. I request that they install new turf or find a way to patch up the many holes and concrete patches.

The turf on the field needs some working on. Rock hard, terrible for knees or impact situations.

Every Saturday, a group of basketball players bring in an amplifier to the gym and blast music which contains offensive language. Several people have complained to front desk personnel, asking them to tell the players to turn the music down, which can be heard everywhere on the main floor of the facility. Unfortunately, no TLRC facility staff members have been able to do anything about this issue. Children are subjected to songs which include the words "f*ck" "rape" "n*gger" etc. Because nothing had been done about it by the staff, someone approached a member of the basketball group and politely asked them if they could turn the music down. A member of the group verbally assaulted and intimidated the person causing the person to leave the facility because they were so upset and felt threatened by the response of the basketball player. I would like to ask if a rule could be added to the facility that no one is to play personal music that can be heard by others while inside the TLRC. Thank you for your consideration of this request. I have been a member for several years and know people who use the TLRC frequently. When I am there on Saturdays, many people complain but no one says anything for fear of retaliation or lack of action by staff. Thank you very much for your consideration of our request.

Regarding uReport case #169184 I just got an email saying the case is closed after the city arborist reached out to me. I never heard a peep from a city arborist regarding my inquiry about the prairie landscapes in Olcott Park. I was disappointed that I did not hear from anyone.

There is a tree down across the Renwick trail that runs from Moore's Pike to Sare Rd. It is closer to the Moore's Pike end of the trail.
