These people have been sleeping under the Woodlawn shelter at Bryan Park - at least since this past weekend and have completely set up camp. I know this is a class A misdemeanor for trespassing. Please tell them they cannot sleep in the park legally.
Half of the 8 light fixtures across the two light poles at Switchyard Skatepark are out and have been for quite some time.
Why did the poolside basketball hoop at the Bryan Park pool get taken down midway through the summer?
On the Renwick trail between Sare rd and a Renwick Blvd there's a bunch of trash including a knife at the Sare rd end of the trail
You made sure to label single use restrooms as for "all genders" but in throwing up the rules at the park, you made sure to mention to not change diapers outside of the restroom. But none of them have the labels for changing tables. You are so worries about offending anyone, you left out parents. Great job. Signs would be nice. Or changing tables in each stall. Something so I don't have to lay by 1 year old on the concrete that people have peed on. Thanks
We have seen a few people frequently using the tennis court at Sherwood Oaks Park for soccer. They would practice shooting soccer ball against the tennis wall and court fences. Those structures are damaged because they are not designed to withhold such strong impact. Please consider putting a sign to warn against similar activities. Thank you!
Hello, I work for a local property manager, Mackie Properties. Our company manages a homeowners association called Madison Park located north of W Howe St, in between S Madison St and S Morton St. I was recently informed that the plants along a section of the B-line just east of Madison Park are becoming overgrown and would benefit from being trimmed. I've included photos of the relevant area, as well as a map of the area outlining the overgrown section with a red rectangle. Would it be possible for the City to trim up this area before the overgrowth gets too big? Thank you very much for your time, and please contact our office with any questions or updates.
I am a Certified Arborist through the I.S.A. While inspecting trees for Dr. John Labbon today at 2736 E. Brig's Bend I noticed that the city Maple tree to the right of the driveway entrance has co-dominant leaders. The 2 leads are already splitting and the smaller lead will fall onto the city sidewalk where a person walked by while I was doing the tree inspection. Dr. Labbon would like the tree removed. I have put a pink ribbon on the tree. Sincerely, Greg Peters I.S.A cert. # 118A.
While weed wrangling today (Asian Bittersweet/Japanese Stiltgrass/Multi-Flora Rose), we found this Beech Tree down on one of the paths in Winslow Woods. It is on the left fork of the path closest to the community garden. We removed enough of the limbs and brush from the fallen tree for visitors to use the path. We do not know city protocol for mitigation/removal of fallen trees in greenspaces, so we left the balance of the removal for the city. Thank you.
