The bike path along Sare Road south of the intersection with Olcott is rapidly deteriorating due to continuous water flow over the path that washes dirt, branches and rocks onto the path. Something needs to be done to divert this water away from the path. In the winter the water freezes, leaving the path coated with a sheet of ice. Very dangerous for bikes and pedestrians.
Tree at Sare & Mill Stone Way damaged by contractor work and city work over several months. Looks like all the work is finally done. Tree needs to be taken care of please, i.e., proper trimming of broken and dangling branches, some are cracked making the tree vulnerable to critters and disease. Also, at least one branch is dangling in the line of traffic, it is not safe.
A tree has fallen onto my property and fence. The are several other branches about to come down. These trees are located in the easement behind my house.
This is not an issue, however, I'm wanting to find out who I need to speak with regarding hosting a yoga event/class at one of the city parks, Olcott Park to be specific. I would not require the use of any picnic tables/shelters, and would just like to be able to use a grassy area to hold a yoga class. It would like be on a Friday evening, during park hours, but fairly late, around twilight. Do I need to get special approval for this, and if so, who should I speak with? Tree in front now has had 3 major limbs removed due to storms. Could the tree be completely removed? It is one of the invasive species found all over town, all of which should be cut down. (Bradford Pear)
The walking/bike trail opposite the Ferguson Dog Park was NOT cleared of snow and we just observed a person pushing, with great difficulty, another person in a wheelchair on this snow/slush covered walk. Shouldn’t the City clear it’s walks just as it expects homeowners to do?

The oak tree in the front of our house has dead branches throughout the tree that we would like to have pruned. Also, could the health of the tree be checked as well? There seems to be more dead branches than there have been in previous years. Thank you.
