There is a dead deer on the Clear Creek Trail just south of West That Road on the left hand side if you're travelling south on the trial. It's just beyond the .5 mile maker and West That Road Marker.
There's a large dead tree about to fall into Smith road here.
Complaint of vegetation blocking sight lines where the Clear Creek Trail crosses W. That Rd. as well as where Clear Creek Trail crosses Victor Pike. He said the vegetation needs to be cut back further from the road to provide a better line of sight line for both pedestrians and cars.

There is a section of 'street' between Dunn and Henderson that I believe was supposed to be a continuation of E Wilson Street. It is just a grass area that the city owns. However, the city is doing no maintenance on this piece of property. There is a dead pine tree that needs to be removed and a very large maple tree that is overgrown and threatening to drop branches onto cars. This tree also present a health issue in that there is a large poison ivy vine growing up the tree. I have tried calling the city forester multiple times without response. Can the one tree be removed, the other pruned and cleared of poison ivy, and the grass on this city land occasionally mowed?

The tree in question is located on city land outside of my property boundary at 1301 W. 8th Street in Bloomington. The broken limb is specifically situated at the intersection of Adams Street and 8th Street, where there is a significant amount of pedestrian traffic. The footpath visible in the attached picture is frequently used by pedestrians crossing from the sidewalk on Adams Street onto 8th Street. The presence of the broken tree limb in this area creates a potential safety hazard for pedestrians. Additionally, there is a slight concern that the broken limb obstructs the view of the Adams Street bridge for drivers turning right onto Adams Street from Fountain. This obstruction may affect the visibility of oncoming traffic, potentially leading to traffic incidents or delays. I kindly request that the relevant department of Bloomington takes immediate action to address this issue. It is crucial to ensure the safety of pedestrians and motorists in the area by removing the broken tree limb and conducting any necessary tree maintenance or inspection. Poison ivy is growing into the walking and bike lane all along Southdowns. This is a hazard to people walking, children, and pets who will transfer the oils to their owners.
I'm not sure this is encroachment on the Rail Trail but it's fairly close. This is about .5 mile south of Tapp Rd.
