Multiple (maybe 8) very large trees of heaven growing along alley on east end of lot. Might be on City property, hard to tell. Trees are 2-3 feet in diameter. These trees are annually a source of many small invasive trees of heaven on nearby properties.
There are two billboards on this parcel N of our neighborhood entrance on N Walnut St to the W beyond the chiropractor’s office. It appears this parcel was once owned by Hoosier Outdoor Advertising so, I’m presuming that once Steve Ferguson obtained it and Parks and Rec is now the owner that both of these billboards can be taken out and until that might happen at least the one with the lights can have those deactived along with any service. It would be perfect if this area would then be able to gain native trees to add our Tree City USA canopy and Haskell Smith would be able to increase our diversity with new trees followed by native shrubs et al that will be most welcomed over any likely invasive bush honeysuckle et al along this main coordinator into our City and from the N into Cascades Park along the E side of Old State Rd 37 or Dixie Hwy. Thank you for letting me know if I can provide any additional information that might permit this prime cooridor becoming most appreciated and greatly improved with native trees and plants stepping up our Greenspace cooridors W and E along N Walnut Street. Requesting tree inspection, the tree line along my property belongs to the city. There are trees that appear dead or dying and are leaning towards the roof of my house.

Hello Haskell Smith, A willow tree is falling apart along the Sheridan Dr/Southdowns Dr corridor (picture attached). The exact location is in front of the property located at 1227 East Sheridan Drive. The tree is rotted and has partially fallen into the ditch, missing a utility pole. V/r, Mark W.
Lax safety standards: The pool is full of people but the lifeguards are all chatting on one bench.
I saw this Walking with Ease sign at Bryan Park. For people with arthritis or poor balance or impaired vision / hearing or other such issues would walk around the asphalt paths with greater ease and sense of safety if some "Cyclists Yield to Pedestrians" signs were posted. This is especially true of the path through the middle of the park, which connects cyclists between the Allen Street Bicycle Boulevard and the Southdowns bike-ped lanes. I would suggest a sign at each end of that path, on the the Henderson and Woodlawn sides. I walk there frequently with my dog and friends. Cyclists approach from in front and behind. We pedestrians usually make room and sometimes the cyclists do. Sometimes they let us know when they come up from behind, but not always. Some signage could end the confusions over right-of-way. Keep in mind that the mid-path curves. That is pleasant and would be safer if cyclists slowed down and anticipated other users. Defensivei cycling, the cycling version of defensive driving. Thanks!
There's a street tree on the Southside of 1st Street just east of Henderson that is leaning. It might be pulling up out of the ground a little. Maybe worth checking on it before it becomes a hazard.
The two trees next to 2704 and 2702 have rot and limbs are breaking off. My neighbor was hit in the head by one of the falling limbs.
There is a stand of invasive Velvet Leaf that has doubled in size over the summer. I think it is in a city easement just south of Greenbrier on the west side of High St. I don't know if you can do anything about it but I thought I would report it.
