This morning I noticed that my passenger mirror had been hit. I got out of my vehicle and looked at the other cars down the road and noticed a couple others had been hit as well. (Passenger side of vehicles face a sidewalk, so not side-swiped by another vehicle.) I called the Bloomington Police Department around 2:15 explained the situation, was carried to dispatch, explained again and was told to write a report.

I believe it can only be parked there for 72 hours. Also, there are cars that park the wrong way on Piccadilly Street and are on the sidewalk.
