Too many cars, dump trucks, and even school buses are speeding on W. 17th St. west of the roundabout to the hill. Sometimes they're going in excess of 20 mph above the posted speed limit (which is 25 going east and 30 going west). Plus many of the vehicle, particularly motorcycles, have terrible mufflers that far exceed the noise specified by the Bloomington noise ordinance. It's unbearable at times (not exaggerating). I can't even hold a conversation on my front porch. And other neighbors are awakened every night by the noise. At the intersection of E 3rd St and College Mall Rd motorists headed west on E 3rd St and turning south onto College Mall Rd often crowd into the intersection as their light turns yellow and then red. They then are blocking the intersection so that people traveling east on East 3rd are blocked from proceeding. Today they blocked the intersection for almost he entire duration of the green light for those traveling East on 3rd St. My suggestion is to post an officer at this intersection and ticket persons who are blocking the intersection when the light for the eastbound cars on 3rd St turns green.

Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. Hello. There is a problem with reckless driving in the Maple Heights neighborhood. I experience it on my daily walks on Fairview, 11th, Maple, 13th, Jackson, Rogers, etc... I see it and hear it throughout my day specifically on 13th street both west and east directions and Fairview both north and south directions. Frequently, it is a vehicle speeding north on Fairview, then turning east on 13th street. Then just a few minutes later the same car speeds in the reverse directions. Is this some sort of a methamphetamine pickup? I don't know. But it is regular, has been a regular occurrence, and I am tired of it. The worst regular occurrence are negligent, selfish motorists traveling at very high speeds from the east on 13th street heading west to Maple. I was taking in the recycling bin last night and could not believe the speed at which someone drove past me. This is not safe. There is a special needs adolescent in the neighborhood who sometimes dances around in the street. There are children that play and should have every right to play without cars traveling at high speeds past them. This is incredibly dangerous driving in a residential neighborhood and I would appreciate it if the police could enforce the traffic laws prior to their being property damage and/or personal injury. There has been a white Lincoln car broken down on the side of the street with a temporary license plate that expired in September. The vehicle obviously doesn't run and is turning what would be a 2 lane road into a one lane road. Please send an officer out to mark it for removal as its causing traffic limitations on the street. The car is located on South Sowder Sq.

Speed limits are often not observed, especially during higher traffic times of day. It is not uncoomon that I am passed while driving my daughter to school.

a black lexus continues to speed through sherwood oaks on allendale towards winslow. four times now this vehicle has tailgated then passed me on this neighborhood street. license plate number 218CAZ. the car drives through between 7:35am and 7:50am when I'm driving my daughter to school.

Drivers turning old 37 into race track. The attached image of the license plate and black Ford Focus. This guy was racing Two motor cycles on old 37 on Sunday April 23rd at noon. Passed me by Monroe/Morgan State Forest on a double yellow going at lest 60-70mph. I caught up to him at the entrance onto highway 37/i69. Then in all of his genius he went to an egg Mcmuffin emergency at McDonald's in Martinsville..

The high speeds cars drive on Kinser Pike are crazy fast and it's any time of day (morning, evening, middle of the night). I'm honestly afraid for my 3 year old's life as much as I keep her out of the road. The hill/blind spots before my house really worry me. I don't know if we could have more patrols out here or a speed check sign. I know there was a school speed limit sign in my neighbors yard that has since disappeared.
