There are tree branches all over the sidewalk in front of 702 and 704 W. 4th St.
There is a car that has been parked, and has not moved for at least six weeks on the side of the road. Silver Subaru, Forrester, Indiana plate 946CRI. The car has two flat tires and a front bumper. About to fall off.
This car has been in the same spot for at least two weeks. I think it has been abandoned on our street.

Honda Pilot with the license plate number VID691 with a flat tire has sat in the community parking lot for quite a bit now. Does not appear to be a regular neighborhood car.
