Abandoned vehicle. I would have taken a pic of the plates for you, but it's a string of cars that park there and the car behind this one is literally pushed up against the other car, so the plate cannot be seen. At least the first three (there are usually four cars) have been sitting in the same spot for at least a year. Debris is all around the vehicles because a street sweeper cannot clean there, and grass is growing under the vehicle(s).

This renter had these piled up attracting mice when there is already a rodent poison battle going on - this is a wildlife area an owl could be poisoned by dead mouse - now he is blocking the sidewalk a federal violation. I DO NOT want Oaklawn HOA knowing I reported this. You need to get with your web department when I post a photo it does not load the image

Blue Buick at 3345 is permanently stationary with no registration I do not know if this is illegal or not. The condo H.O.A. is unresponsive ( Ivy Sells). The owner of this unit is Hoosier Choice Realty. This resident had a visitor that intimidated me in the past . Cars.law.com states an unregistered vehicle in Indiana may not be located on a sidewalk. This renter from Venezuela does not understand laws in America whatsoever. He stole my Son’s bike 4 years ago because it was not locked at the moment and he said in Venezuela if it was not locked anyone could have it. His friend almost killed me speeding through the 3- way stop sign at night. I don’t care if people roll through it but he was flying and didn’t even look. He now has a licensed motorcycle parked in the back patio. What if he hit or scared a pet or Child moving it to the back? It also invicites a feeling of impending crime ( stolen motorcycle). I want this report to remain ANONYMOUS.
