longview and pete ellis traffic frequently rushes through the 4-way stop. Can enforcement be increased? Particularly concerned as a bicycle greenway (was biking today) and I heard they're building some sort of super dense apartment building there, and am even more hesitant that this only east/west biking path that feels safe and efficient is going to have more cars spattering through. thank you!

Driver operates this vehicle while it is full to the brim with garbage. He is unable to see behind him effectively enough to avoid hitting things when he backs up. He hit a car at my house a second time because of his inability to see out of the windows in his vehicle. Please help!

Tree and brush growth needs to be cut back to provide better visibility at the intersection of Brighton Crest and Smith Road. When you are exiting from Brighton Crest facing west and looking south, the tree and brush growth limits your line of sight. Traffic travels at high speed (much faster than the posted speed limit) which further compounds this problem. The hilly nature of Smith Road also makes the line of sight less. Increased speed enforcement and tree and brush removal would make this much safer. As a longer term project, Smith Road needs to be redesigned and developed with considerations made for vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles. This is a dense residential area and yet Smith Road remains a hilly and dangerous country road.

On the ridge overlooking the northernmost part of the B-Line - close to where the B-Line intersects with Adams St. there is a growing camp. The picture here was taken on 4/1/2024. There is trash flowing downhill from the camp on the ridge. Some of the trash includes at least 3 propane tanks. The camp is less than 0.25 miles from homes and a park. It is a bit scary to think that the campers might be using the propane inside their tents. What can be done to help these folks stay warm and dry without the risk of blowing up a neighborhood?

There is an encampment to the east of Somersbe along the access road that runs parallel to Rogers Road that is hazardous and toxic. Earlier in the summer this was reported anonymously for fear of retaliation. Apparently 3 entities own the property - the city, county, and a railroad. All that has happened so far to address this problem is a huge dumpster being moved to the access road and MORE people moving to the encampment when Switchyard Park was cleared. I am sending a plea for clean up. I am not representing specific people in the Somersbe neighborhood, but alerting your office to the issues that have been discussed. This morning open fires were burning along the access road. There is garbage, human and animal waste, unleaded dogs, along with illegal camping sites. At the beginning of June 2024 police were called because of a disturbance including threats of murder, and the fire department was called because of all the smoke.
Our backyards are no longer safe, it is difficult to sleep with open windows or be in our yards or on our decks because of the smoke, screaming, and safety of being chased. This apparently happened to at least 2 residents this summer.
A dumpster does not equate to crisis management.
It is difficult to communicate when we have to do it anonymously for fear of retribution.
I am not being redundant, I am providing documentation.

The sidewalk on both the front and side of the property at 1700 E Camby Lane (southeast corner of Camby and Durham) is obstructed by low hanging branches and outgrowing vegetation. The HOA for the neighborhood has been notified and hasn't acted to rectify this, other than to send a letter to property owners mentioning overgrowth among other general comments; this hasn't resulted in any action by the homeowner. It's not possible to walk along the sidewalk without walking into tree limbs and/or bushes, so pedestrians must walk in the street on both the front and side sidewalks.
