Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved. For some time now, have noticed car (small suv) parked wrong direction. Left side of street when you turn into this area. tires visibly deflating. Doesn’t appear to have moved in months.

There is a red/maroon minivan with Indiana license plate number 4NIER. This vehicle has not moved in a few months and people are living in the vehicle. I have seen people exit it multiple times. They also leave the doors cracked or open for air flow. I don’t believe the vehicle runs at all.

Black Honda Odyssey Van has been parked here without license plates for a month. There was some kind of ticket/warning put on it 2 weeks ago (or so) that hasn't been retrieved to my knowledge. The vehicle hasn't been moved from the spot for a month.
