yjere are no streetlights at all in the f section of south Hampton addition across from childs. It's very dark when the kids walk to school and unsafe at night. Kensington place has no lights at all.

Parking Ticket-- Hi, I want to give Sgt. Albert in the Police Department a HUGE COMPLIMENT! My mother Brigitte Jensen in Bloomington (I live in Idaho) is 80 years old. She has been very ill and even though she has a handicapped sticker, she was given a ticket in a Private Parking Lot for parking in a lined area in front of a dollar store. She called me and was a bit shaken. I am here in Idaho and I called Sgt. Albert. He was so understanding and KIND. I actually got an update on Bloomington/Normal. There is a broken utility pole that may fall. I think it's being held up by whatever wires it holds. I'm not sure which utility it is. Location: Hillside, just East of High, on the South side of the street. Across from Covenanter Cemetery.

I live in Cambridge Square Apartments which is a non-smoking complex. Residents must leave the property to smoke. Those that do cross the sidewalk and throw their cigarette butts into the street where they eventually wash into the street drain and ultimately to waterways and the ocean. I have asked management here to place receptacles at the edge of the property to avoid this. They have refused. Please provide a receptacle for these smokers to use. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
