Trail parallel to train tracks, from bypass to parkridge east neighborhood is very overgrown. This a problem every year!! Should be cut at least a few times a year. I witnessed a trail user conflict last evening, otherwise i probs would not have bothered with this report.

Hsiung Marler Can you please explain why there are still power lines hanging down within reach of the sidewalk in front on the entrance to switchyard park on Rogers street! This was posted months ago. How long does it take to call the power company/city workers to take care of this dangerous and serious problem????? I live in Cambridge Square Apartments which is a non-smoking complex. Residents must leave the property to smoke. Those that do cross the sidewalk and throw their cigarette butts into the street where they eventually wash into the street drain and ultimately to waterways and the ocean. I have asked management here to place receptacles at the edge of the property to avoid this. They have refused. Please provide a receptacle for these smokers to use. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
