Dear Sir/Madam, I have faced a lot of, (problem(s)/issue(s)), while being (homeless/transient), in, (local: (City/Town(s)), (esp. Central Indiana, South-Central Indiana), (some/all) of which, are stated: (temporary/conditional) trespass advisories, from (local:(City/Town(s)), (pvt./non-profit, etc.) establishment(s), (year(s):(2015/'16) onward(s)), which has become, (of, recent times), inconvenience to me, (personally), (since, due to, no(fixed) earned income source(s), I don't (presently) have a (fixed/stabilized) place to stay, (e.g. (rental) apartment(s), residential unit(s), etc.), and as a result, I do not have (legal) access to, (fundamental) necessitated (indoor) space(s), (e.g. (restroom/(with/without) shower facility), cooling center(s), etc.). Newly installed lights on Hawthorne. The lights are so bright I could mow my lawn at midnight and that is with the trees in full leaf. I used to enjoy looking at the stars, but no more. I don't remember seeing any additional lights in the plan for the bike access between weatherstone and hawthorne. There are already lights at either end of the street marking the intersections so perhaps that aren't necessary. Could they be dimmed or adapted so the light is cast downward?

The city of Bloomington has chosen to place two new, unwanted, street lights on the 1000 block of South Hawthorne. They appear to be halogens because they are VERY bright at night and causing light pollution at night. Our starry skies are gone. Why have they been placed there? There are currently "Hurricane" style street lights in the same vicinity. Did someone request these? Thank you. V/r, Mark

There is an encampment forming along the B-Line near the small dog park. Where the trail splits into 2, it is to the west of the trails. They are erecting structures. Please do not let another camp form here. It is right next to the trail and these inevitably lead to conflicts with park/trail goers. Also can we please consider adding a uReport category, probably under Hazards or Sanitation, for reporting encampments directly? For one of the largest issues facing our city is seems odd that there is no way to directly report them. Not trying to persecute anyone but we need a way to report and track these. Thank you.

The angle of this bright light shines into the windows of East third Apartments. It also stays on as you can see during the am when lights are not needed. Please turn it off. If you cannot turn off,please adjust it to a different angle. Thank you.

Hello, my complaint is about the Monroe County Court. Unfortunately there are other issues outside the statute of limitation because of how long it's been, including but not limited to discrimination. The current issue is that the Child Support Prosecutor as well as the child support office has set up a system utilizing their friendship with the judge in order to benefit themselves financially as well as career wise. They have and continue to blatantly violate people's rights to a fair and unbiased trial as well as the due process of law unfortunately, without any concern whatsoever to their clients/ the people and children of Monroe County. I was personally discriminated against by a judge who ruled a fake blatantly discriminatory ruling that didn't exist in law... My ex-wife continues to accuse them of stealing the child support payments over the last 6 years and they refuse to investigate themselves, simply focused on maintaining their child support base (they love mentioning how they don't care what are the kids are getting the money or not because I'm receiving credit for my payments.... "And that it's not my concern whether they get the money or not...". They only care about the credit they get for the child support in order to gain Federal funding and obtain bonuses, further investigation shows they're all friends on social media, exacerbating the theory that they are utilizing their position of power with the sole intent of benefiting themselves, and if my ex-wife is Right possibly even embezzling child support funds. I am currently obtaining even more evidence and transcripts that prove everything I've stated.
