I want to commend Adam Wason, Shelby Walker, and Rhea Carter on helping me resolve my trash can problem. They went above and beyond. They deserve recognition. Not only did they fix the problem, I learned new things about sanitation services, which was very cool. They didn't cover that so much in the Citizen's Academy back in the day. On 1/24/2025 and 9:15 AM on bus #0348, I observed the strong odor of and could see smoke-haze from deisel exhaust backing up into the public bus. I have spoken to Bloomington Transportation dispatch and customer service and was told that, "That is just part of the bus's regenerative re-uptake process." When they refused to take this matter seriously in the past, I contacted the EPA. The EPA shall be contacted again on this issue since neither the city nor bus company will take this matter seriously, which inevitably affects the city's rating with the EPA as a green-friendly city. I would like to suggest new street lights. There is a school cross walk at Templeton School on Henderson Street between Hillside and Grimes. There are families that use this cross walk in the morning prior to sunrise. A street light there would be very helpful. I also believe street lights at all school bus stops would be beneficial to students waiting for the bus in the dark. Thank you.

Report of graffiti at 1301 Woodhill Dr. There has been a "F--- You" spray painted onto a vacant house, as well as a spray painted phallic object on the street. A stop sign was also marked nearby.
