Duke has changed this street lamp to a bright led. Our neighborhood has the amber lights. Can this lamp be changed to one that matches those in the area? This new one is too bright!

The advertisement for Beach Juice alcoholic drinks has been spray painted on the sidewalks at each corner of the block surrounding Big Red Liquors. The images are at the following corners: 9th and walnut 9th and college 8th and college 8th and walnut (back from the intersection at the NE corner of the ocean building) I thought it might have just been spray chalk and would disappear with a rain or two but I have verified it really is black paint and water has no effect on it so it will likely need to be pressure washed off. Four years this light has been broken. Turn lane arrow is triggered but no cars need to turn. I feel bad cutting through the alley in my truck with a loud exhaust waking up all those people in the morning but that is what I have to do so I don't sit and wait and wait and wait at a light you refuse to fix. The citizens of this city have lost more money idling in their cars burning fuel waiting for nobody but the broken light than it would have cost to fix. Do you hate the people of the west side?
