Indiana Executive Order 20-22 article 5 specifically states that Country Clubs are to remain closed. Bloomington Country Club was rather busy today and I feel that they are violating the governor's orders. They too need to help "flatten the curve."

Yesterday I observed two men sharing a crack pick smoking crack in front of the downtown post office. Today while having breakfast at McDonalds south Walnut while eating breakfast I observed a male dark T shirt and jeans and beard and a woman bonding hair white hooded sweat shirt sharing a crack pipe right in window by the outside tables and no one even blinked an eye. I guess this is Bloomingtons new norm turn blind eyes to narcotic use so typical.

Tree over grown around light. Street light not providing enough light. Safety is a concern. Multiple night incidents reported in the neighborhood. The mechanism for sensing vehicles that have exited off 37 and wish to turn left at the light to get onto 45/2nd street does not work for my motorcycle. On several occasions I have had to sit at the light 6-15 minutes until another car came up behind me and triggered the light to change. If a vehicle comes to the light from the south side (Sam's Club) the light triggers for them but doesn't allow me to turn left.

The mechanism for sensing vehicles at the stoplight at 45/2nd street when exiting off 37 coming from the north, doesn't work while I am on my motorcycle. In multiple cases I have had to wait 6-15 minutes before a car comes up behind me and triggers the light to change. Additionally, if a car is sitting in the turn lane on the opposite side (leaving from Sam's club) the light triggers for them, but I a stuck on a red light still.

The advertisement for Beach Juice alcoholic drinks has been spray painted on the sidewalks at each corner of the block surrounding Big Red Liquors. The images are at the following corners: 9th and walnut 9th and college 8th and college 8th and walnut (back from the intersection at the NE corner of the ocean building) I thought it might have just been spray chalk and would disappear with a rain or two but I have verified it really is black paint and water has no effect on it so it will likely need to be pressure washed off. Thanks!
