This morning, my large recycling bin had been shoved through my lawn with such force that it left a 15" gouge. I can't imagine this was done by a person pushing the bin. I believe it was caused by the lifting arm of the truck being used to push the bin across the sidewalk. I witnessed the arm being used in this way a few weeks ago when the same bin was pushed with such force that its wheels snapped off and had to be repaired by the sanitation department. I would like someone to investigate the way the truck arms are being used and train the sanitation crews to avoid damaging property. I would also like someone to patch my lawn.

There has been a shopping cart on my property for over a week now. I was told by a police officer to put a note on it with my trash and the City would take care of it. I did that on Sunday evening, but the cart is still on the sidewalk.

Hello, the pictured trash can was placed in my driveway at 514 S Grant St sometime between 9am and 10:30 am this morning. It blocked me from entering my driveway and was extremely heavy to move. I'd like to return it to the proper address, but unsure where it came from. I'm guessing you have a list and can advise on how to return it to the proper address. Since school has started it seems new residents are unsure how to use the city bins. My neighbors on the northwest corner of Grant and University have kept their trashcan blocking the sidewalk for over two weeks now.

The trash/recycling crew left most all cans thrown off the sidewalk, into the road on their sides today. This is not normally the case, and it was absolutely NOT weather related. The trucks woke me up three times today. And then I find my trash can only half emptied, with one bag still in it. Either the trucks are malfunctioning, or someone was in a bit of a hurry to get done with the route.

Trash put out Wednesday for Thursday pick up still not picked up as of Saturday evening. Leaving it in the street until you pick it ip. It will be over flowed next week. I'm not bring 10 day old garbage into my house until next Thursday. It is not on the curb because the city plows the snow from the cul de sac into my yard which is ok because there is no other place to put it. So I don't have a curb at this time. I'd appreciated a notification if you weren't going to pick up the trash so I could have found a dumpster somewhere. Other neighbors still have their trash cans out. I presume the other gave up, or maybe theirs was picked up.

Today I've decided to complain about an issue I started regularly noticing months ago. Whoever is now collecting trash &/or recycling on our street, S. Eagleson Av, in the section between 2nd and Sheridon, is routinely dumping the recepticals on their sides on the ground whereever convenient. (See photo) This morning they left my neighor's on the ground blocking the entry way to our common driveway. When I came to move it, I realized they had also broken the lid. Then as I drove south on S.Eagleson, I saw that this was done all the way to Sheridan, where I assume the truck turned. At least half the bins were on their sides, some in the street. I took four photos the whole way, as well as two of my neigbor's receptical- Unfortunately your portal only allows a single photo, but I have all the others. Please address this situation. There is no reason the recepticals can't be placed upright, but at least they should be neither broken nor left on their sides in the street, on a sidewalk or in the entrance to a driveway. 4 trash cans were placed on the sidewalk on Friday morning. Our trash day is Monday. They are completely blocking the sidewalk.

Both our trash binn and our recycling bin were damaged by sanitation workers early Tuesday morning. The hinges are broken on both,and they were found tossed on the sidewalk.
