I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. There has been an abandoned cloth-upholstered couch degrading in the front lawn of 1208 S Woodlawn Ave for several weeks. There seems to be no indication of an intention to remove the couch any time soon. The couch may be attracting nuisance wildlife and be a source of mold, etc as it is directly exposed to the elements. The couch is also visibly a trash-waste item and it needs to be either placed inside the home or removed from the property instead of being placed on the side of the road for weeks.
