I put a holiday tree out but it was not collected this morning. I know the city was in the area because a neighbor's tree was collected. I can leave it on the street for the next pickup.

I noticed that one plastic handle of my small gray trash container is broken - I think the pick-up crew may have done it by mistake?? Anyhow, I don't think I broke it. How do I get it mended/replaced??

Good Morning. Our recycling container was not fully emptied this morning. Would you please have the recycling truck come back by our home to fully empty our containers? Also, when doing a Google search, we realized that our former city uReports can be seen online. We would appreciate if you could please remove this information and keep our uReports private between us and the city. Dear Sir or Madam, Our recycling was only partially picked up today. Our container is still half full. Would you workers please be able to swing by and collect the rest of our recycling? Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know.
