Recycling from our home and surrounding properties were not collected on mon. I do not believe the issue is improperly sorted recyclables from multiple properties.

Hi, my recycling (and my neighbor's) was not picked up yesterday. There is no waste in the bin. There was nothing in the bin that's not on the list. There are flattened boxes but they are not pizza boxes. What does "not properly sorted"? I truly believe the contents do not weigh more than 40 lobs. The can lid closes, so the can is not overly filled. Please help, thank you.

It does not appear that any of the recycling bins were emptied in our block (Driscoll between Henderson and S. Dunn).

Behind the apartments in the alley ways there is an electric station with several trash cans (btown recycling, republic) that have not been emptied for 6 months. The area is obviously not a trash station. This area needs to be cleaned by the city.

I had called the sanitation dept phone number this morning as our yard waste can wasn't collected this week. After listening the to the message about yard waste on the phone automated machine I realized I wasn't sure if pumpkins were collected or if I was over weight on the re usable can. I called to connect to a representative and I regret I didn't get the gentleman's name at aprox 0755 am on 4 dec. He was extremely helpful and I was looking for a place to leave a compliment for dept employees. I don't want to say the bar is low because it devalues my intent but I really appreciate the person answered the phone promptly, inquired into my problem, and immediately offered a solution all while being polite and professional. I wanted to say thanks and thank the employee for their civil service. I'd prefer this not be part of public record or anonymized if used as such. We put out 4 bundles of yard waste and it was not picked up. We were advised that the bundles were too large and too heavy. We have rebundled these to adjust the length and weight and they should now be within the dimension and weight limits. Please pick up our bundles. Thanks.

Recycling truck crew apparently was in such a galopping hurry this morning that they did not take enough time to properly empty our recycling can. Nothing in here is stuck. This is not the first time. They were there because the upper half of the contents of the can was emptied.

Recycle and garbage cans left at curb for months. Recycle can is filled with garbage.

There has been trash dumped everywhere that does not belong to us as well as food laid out on the sidewalk/ our property. Someone filled their recycling bin with trash and overflow trash and it did not get picked up. Could this be collected as we have both an animal and homeless problem. Thank you.

My trash can had 2 wheels when I took my garbage out Monday night but when I brought them in on Tuesday one wheel was missing. It must have fallen of into the trash truck. Can I get a re-placement wheel or a new trash can? Thanks
