I want to say that the people who collect our trash and recycling are being very careless with our trash and recycling bins. They toss down driveways and the road. We had to pay for them and this is unacceptable behavior. I live in the Broadview area. Please ask them to be more courteous. Thank you

my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. If you haven't yet finalized the text and layout for the 2024 Sanitation Collection Schedule, there is one improvement: Please print any solid waste pickup date exceptions in a readable font size as part of the Solid Waste & Recycling Checklist. The very fine print listed vertically on the 2023 magnet has obviously been overlooked by residents scheduled for Thursday route pickup. It would also help to have pickup exceptions listed on the website. Thank you.

Hello, the wheel of my recycle bin broke off. I contacted you by phone on Wednesday and was told it would be fixed. I left the bin on the curb, but nothing has happened so far. My address is 3826 East Regents Circle, phone 812-345-3284 (m) or 812-335-8064 (h). The bin is still there.
