I understood about the cancelation of services last week due to the weather. Today my trash was picked up but not the recycling. I do live on a cul-de-sac in Peppergrass, but I did not see anyone else's recyle containers left out. I left for work before things were picked and got home just a little while ago. Now I have two weeks worth of recycling in my container. Can anything be done about this before next Thursday. I did put my container back in the garage. Please let me know when I can put it back out for pick up

If you haven't yet finalized the text and layout for the 2024 Sanitation Collection Schedule, there is one improvement: Please print any solid waste pickup date exceptions in a readable font size as part of the Solid Waste & Recycling Checklist. The very fine print listed vertically on the 2023 magnet has obviously been overlooked by residents scheduled for Thursday route pickup. It would also help to have pickup exceptions listed on the website. Thank you.

I would like to know when the city will next pick up yard waste. I wish to avoid a HAND citation, as we have received a warning.

We put our Christmas tree out Monday for pick-up on Monday since this is the last week for it and it was not picked up. The recycling crew shook the snow off and pulled it out further so it wouldn't be missed but it is still there as of this morning. My address is 807 S. Mitchell.
