Hello, For the past two weeks, we've had our old trash can out with our new carts on our trash day but it has not been picked up. The website says we have until 10/19 for these to be picked up, and ours is still out on our curb (our trash day is Monday). Please advise on what we should do to get rid of our old trash can. Residents on my street (Autumn Drive) left old trash cans out to be picked up for the first three weeks of the new sanitation program, but none of them were picked up. Why? Should we continue setting them out every day?

I left a bag of yard waste out with my trash and recycle cans on Thuyrsday night, but the yard waste bag was not collected. Left it out all day Friday and still not picked up. Just wondering why?

Sanitation Services in Bloomington are great! I have had only positive experiences. I have a question. Are pumpkins and gourds considered yard waste or do they need to be thrown in the trash?

my container has materials still in it EVERY time since the new containers. It's not tightly packed. That just something always left in the bottom and the container is left on its side on the ground and not even standing up this time there were bags and a small piece of cardboard left in it all Loosely packed. I don't see why I can't get an empty recycle container when they seem to have no problem with the basic trash. Please let me know what's going on. The location is 401 N Sheffield Dr.
