IRT U-Report 204012. the trash is located on city property at the intersection of E. Sheridan Drive and S. Ballantine. Did the inspector look at all four corners of the intersection????? I would have to guess not, as the garbage is still there!! Please take a second and look and do a more thorough inspection. Thank you.

Our trash was not picked up on Thursday 6/26, our recycling was picked up. Normally we could wait, however we lost power for over 2 days and our container is filled with perishable food. I have called multiple times today and gave not been able to speak to anyone. Message says they are closed. Please help, we will have an extreme health issue if this is not resolved ASAP. Thank you,

Abandoned foam mattress on the corner of S Henderson and Graham, south of BHSS.

This rental house across the street from us has had two mattresses leaned up against the house by the garage for quite a long time being exposed to the elements and likely a habitat for vermin. More recently, someone has dumped a mattress from the Bypass that sits on the steep hill at the end of our Fritz Drive culdesac. Can HAND cite the rental property owner about the mattresses at the residence? And can Sanitation do something to remove the mattress dumped from the Bypass?

We have an issue where either our trash cans have been stolen or misplaced both the regular trash can and the recycling are missing from our property.

It has been almost two months since my bins where actually emptied I have tried talking to the guys on my route my cans are always where they are supposed to be and they never empty them completely and they always spill the recycling in my yard.

4391 W Belle Avenue—trash pick-up was fine, but they never got my recyclables. Went there at lunch to put bins in garage. Left it out thinking that maybe they’re now coming much later for recyclables. I put it back in garage after 5pm as neighbors bins were all away.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. After the last trash collection, our bin is broken/cracked in a few places along the top, including the middle of the handle. Is it possible to get a replacement? It's the small size. Thanks!
